His work spans master-planned communities and public-private partnerships in major cities such as Riyadh, Muscat, and Kuala Lumpur.
Fluent in Arabic, English, and French, Mohamad is also a published thought leader, regularly sharing insights on real estate trends in the Saudi and Gulf markets. He holds an MBA from the Lebanese American University and a Master's in Global Smart Cities Management from the University of Barcelona.
